SHIPPING Shipping includes tracking for all NZ orders. Orders within New Zealand take up to 2-4 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a 2-3 days longer, this depends on the local courier services in your area.
Shipping for the rest of the world 10 - 12 working days excluding processing time.
Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
