Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 4 working days, note this is NOT a guarantee, as this can change due to busier periods. For most accurate processing time please refer to the banner on our home page. 

Standard shipping domestically within NEW ZEALAND is tracked when possible, delivery time can take up to 2-3 working days for the rest of the world 10-12 working days on. Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.

Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders
