The velvet used is non stretch and thick, which help hold all your gifts nicely and neatly under the tree.

- Firstly - The designs are gorgeous! We’ve worked hard on putting together the perfect designs so that they are unique and timeless.
- Our Fabric: We use the finest Duck Cotton, and Velvet from our local fabric store to help make sure these bad boys last! (Of course home maintenance care is the key) Both fabrics are also not too light or flimsy so they look their best under the Christmas Tree holding your special gifts.
- They’re personalised! You cannot go wrong with a personalised keepsake Santa Sack am I right? A bonus is that it also helps Santa to figure out whose presents go where 😉.
- Customisable: We aim to deliver the perfect Santa Sacks for you and your family - so if our designs isn’t quite right for you, email us and we can make some changes to the design (change colour or style font, background or even the feature image!
- Made to order: Each of our Santa Sacks are made to order - so the Cutting, Sewing, Designing and Hand pressing is done by one person (myself - Sots) Yes! So these are not mass produced in a factory, in fact small amounts are made each day in a corner of my studio in NZ!! Not to mention, they’re made with love and each individual piece is carefully constructed.

RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalized items so please make sure you double check the spelling.
SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 3-4 working days, however this is not a gurantee. Orders can take up to 7 working days around the festive season (AUGUST - DECEMBER) to get a more accurate estimation feel free to email us before you process your order.
Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area)
For the rest of the world 8-10 working days excluding processing time.
Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders.
