RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalized items so please make sure you double check the spelling. If the item is faulty please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 3-4 working days, however this is not a gurantee. Orders can take up to 7 working days around the festive season (AUGUST - DECEMBER) to get a more accurate estimation feel free to email us before you process your order.
Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area)
For the rest of the world 8-10 working days excluding processing time.
Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
