Simple: Single layer one colour - With text only
Custom: Your piece has up to 2 layers (Acrylic and/or wood) with simple imagery used (flowers, hearts, animal faces) and contains up to a maximum or words i.e "Happy 1st Birthday Luca "or "Mia is TWO cute" up to x3 Acrylic colours total.
Creative: Your piece has up to 2 layers and or two separate pieces with more complex images - like Animals which may require multiple cut outs and colours. It may contain a mix of Vinyl and Acrylic to create the desired overall image. Up to x 6 different colours used total.
DRAFT: ALL come with a draft that is created using a design app - note it is just a draw up, colours will not be accurate and are shown to give you an idea. Once a draft is sent you may request x1 change, any other changes or change of mind may result in additional charges.
Measurements: All toppers will be suitable for a standard small - medium sized cake. With a minimum Width of 14cm - if you need smaller or bigger please mention this when discussing your design
RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalized items so please make sure you double check the spelling. If there is a fault on Kreators Kit, please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help rectify the problem.
SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 3-4 working days, note this is not a guarantee and to expect the turnaround time to increase around Oct - Dec (Christmas period). The most accurate processing time is stated on our home page - please refer to this before placing your order through.
If an item is needed urgently - you must email us prior to purchase to see if we can produce your item/s in time.
Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area)
For the rest of the world 8-10 working days excluding processing time.
Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders.
