Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area) -

Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
