RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalised items so please make sure you double check the spelling of your personalisation. If there is a fault on Kreators Kit please email us directly within 48hours of receiving your item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area)

Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
