RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalized items so please make sure you double check the spelling. If there is a fault on Kreators Kit, please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help rectify the problem.
SHIPPING: Our goal is to ship/process all orders within 3-4 working days, note this is not a guarantee as processing can take longer, especially around the festive seasons - extended processing times are always noted on the home page of our website.
Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within New Zealand it can take up to 2-3 working days excluding processing time (rural delivery may take a little longer and is dependent on the local services in your area)
For the rest of the world 8-10 working days excluding processing time.
Once the item/s leaves our studio, it is no longer in our hand so we cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed mail and cannot provide a refund for this reason.
Please double check your delivery details and address is correct, and note that you are responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred on international orders.
